Hello again! Im currently on Virgin broadband with whats supposed to be a 10mb connection. However this service seems bad cause of constant random disconnections and the fact they cut my speed down to less than 2mb in the evenings and sometimes mornings. Even if i was to upgrade my package id assume id still get the same problem.

So i ask you! WHATS A GOOD ISP AND SPEED TO CRUNCHYROLL 1080P!

Lol i said "package"

I'm on virgins 60 meg fiber optic. No problems so far.

If your line is a 10 megabyte line and your getting speeds of 2MBs I recommend calling them.

Well older virgin contracts say "speeds up to" it's a bit poopy in my opiniong "speeds up to 10meg!" then they give you two.

The newer contracts with the virgin fiber/superhub give you a constant minimum 60+ Also for 1080p viewing on crunchy it's not just internet speeds you have to have. Your pc needs to have a capable graphics card/processor etc.

I've been hearing about that for over a year now and still nothing has happened! Im fed up of this poor service granted not everyone has had the same experience as me but still. I just wanna get of this service and find a better ISP that will allow me to Crunchyroll in 1080p whatever time of day

If you threaten to quit they might be able to ensure better speeds otherwise maybe just drop them and sign up with them again under a contract that guarantees the speed you want. Personally I am on Buckeye Cable 10Mb connection and have never had a problem streaming any quality video unless the site itself was having problems.

Another thing you can try is set your dns to googles dns 8.8.8.8 Some times a path you take from your house through virgins DNS can drop some packets. So try another dns (googles) 8.8.8.8 and see how the video streams

I get high speeds with virgin too. It normally all depends on where you live, so I'd ask people who live near you.

DNS is what path your pc takes across the internet to reach a destination. Over it's journey it can drop packets (that cause lag/video stutter) If you take a new path your video stutter will stop in some cases.
