Recently I placed an order ( #130623051755) for a pretty popular item, but I had it shipped to an apartment that I'm no longer staying as of yesterday. I was wondering if it would be possible to get a track on the item, since I do not know where it is. I looked all over the website and double checked my email, but I did not see a way to enter the order number, does your current store builder not have that feature? I will refer you to #4 and #6 on the
FAQ. However, with the introduction of the
new store, that may no longer be the case. Supposedly, you are provided with a tracking number, so if you have not gotten one yet then shoot Bjaker
an email to see if you can get one. If you ordered it in like the last day or so you still might be able to get it changed so shoot Bjaker
an email to do that. If it wasn't that recent you could set up some sort of mail forwarding with your previous apartment to your new address. Seeing as this could be a time critical thing you should shoot Bjaker
an email regardless, because he responds faster to those.
