I've Seen Clannad and its after story about 4 times each,
Full Metal Panic was around 5-6 times,
I've re-watched Afro Samurai like 6 times,
Elfen Lied about 3 times,
Angel Beats 4 times,
Sora No Otoshimono 3 times,
Higurashi 6 times(tried to understand it better each time)
H.O.T.D 4 times,
and I'm about to re-watch Mirai Nikki for the 4th time

I have my favourite episodes from animes that I like to re-watch but the only anime that I re-watched is 'K-On!' and 'K-On!!'
I think I've watched 'K-On!!' for 6 times
and I've lost the exact count on how many times I've watched 'K-On!' but it's around 10+ times already.  |

I have watched most anime that I liked at least twice. I don't normally do more than that, except for my top favorites, which I watch frequently. For instance, I have watched my favorite anime, Sketchbook ~full colors~, close to a dozen times since I first watched it five or six years ago.
