The final trigger was when someone called me a liar in my own house at a party I was hosting in a crowd of people that knew I don't lie. That person almost lost their face. That no longer phases me nor does anything else.

Instead of getting angry, lay hold of the accuser and call for attention, and ask everyone's opinion as to whether your a liar or not, It will make the accurser lose face for accusing you in the first place. and if you don't know the accuser, it is likely they were not invited, then you can give them the " bum's rush " and kick them out of your house.
