I agree I hate it when a woman stares at me to get my attention and yes it feels creepy. If she glances every once in a while its ok,
but all out staring nooooooo creeper on the look out. |

Anime is boring me.....I need a little drama in my life :p

I love when people stare at me. I look young for my age, but I have an intimidating stare. When I notice someone staring at me, I stare directly at their eyes and don't break my hold. They usually immediately and awkwardly look down or away at something. Then I just smile. And If they keep looking, I'll toss a wink their way (if female and cute, of course).

I usually just stare back or ignore it and if I'm in a bad mood I point it out in the most obnoxious way possible to embarrass the person.

Dealing with creepy people staring is so easy. Make eye contact for the briefest instant, think "you're dismissed", and flick (don't move your head) your eyes to focus just past them.

are you even talking about the same subject?
staring down at someone - looking down on someone make passes at you - hitting on someone They are two different things |

Not sure if this is what you're after, but I remember being at an airport waiting on a small plane when this other guy and I kept looking at each other. There were maybe 20 passengers for the flight and we were definitely the only college age ones. It was the kind of thing where you look at each other and away at the same time. I just got the feeling we'd be sitting next to each other. Sure enough that's how it worked out. It wasn't awkward or anything, I think we both somehow kinda knew who we'd be sitting next to.

That means to take on a provocative air against someone. To antogonize. |

As an adult making eye contact is very important. When dealing with explosive people eye contact is critical. Like staring down a rabbi dog.

Well people have stared me down before, but I just stared right back at them which causes them to stop staring and turn away out of fear
