RIP Andre Cassagnes: Etch-a-sketch Creator Dies

Yeah just a heads up,

So if anyone remembers, there is some sad news today as it turns out the creator of the "Etch-a-Sketch" has passed away. Anyone else remember the madness inducing focus on those two little knobs, trying to make complex pictures by only going horizontal or vertical, going up or down, left or right.

I remember playing with one as a kid and it always drove me up the wall when I went a little off, had to shake madly and start all over to try and get it right.

Rest in Peace Andre, Your creation will still go on even while you are in the clouds, etching your sketches in the sky.

Anyone else play with one of these little nightmare boxes as a kid?
I know his work will go on, there are professional "Etch-a-sketch Artists" who sell thier works for thousands.

I would draw with it a lot, just random scribbles...but I spent more time trying to figure out how it worked. It just seemed so strange to me when I was little!
