These guys don't look like they are messing around at all which is a nice change of pace :P Also that tag is hilarious, I guess not everybody grows out of swallowing stuff before 15?

The oddity with fullbring is it's like going back to bleach's beginning, like the 1st season/arc. I'd have thought the arc would have done well before the arrancar arc, though I suspect the remaining characters will be vital to the Quincy/final arc. This arc is going to finally shed light on the questions we asked since the end of the 1st arc as well as the others. It'll also go into depth about what Ichigo really is.

Can anyone tell me if there is any major differences between the manga and the anime that would make it worth while reading from the begining?

Yea all the fillers are gone lol, no big difference if your caught up to the last episode of the anime which I don't know what it is then you can pretty much just start there in the manga.

The Fullbringer Arc was a bit awkward indeed, however it was definitely necessary in terms of balancing.
