Exactly. It definitely seems that the Fullbring Arc was a interlude of sorts that shouldn't be taken too seriously in comparison to the rest of the story with actual underlying plot. What I mean to say is, in the Fullbring Arc, Ginjou and Tsukishima, as well as the rest of the Fullbringers, just ended up being "rogues" of sorts with powers that couldn't rival Shinigami powers for the most part. In my opinion, it seems the only meaningful plot in the Fullbring Arc is Ichigo getting his powers back, as well as Soul Society's loyalty to Ichigo for all he has done for them up to this point. Besides that, the arc is more that of an interlude. It almost seems like filler if you ask me. The Thousand Year Blood War Arc is definitely much more important of a story than the Fullbring Arc and it definitely shows currently in the manga. I think that some chapters of the arc are brilliantly written and it overall, sticks out to me just as prevalently, if not more, than the Aizen Arc. Things are really heating up now that Soul Society is in danger of being eliminated, so if you ask me, it is definitely worth reading. Even the most recent chapter had a few twists I wasn't expecting, pretty appealing
