Until I started Japanese jujitsu a couple years ago I was almost never injured despite playing full contact ice hockey and playing outside a lot. In the last few years though I've:
Fractured a bone in my hand when I still wasn't good at punching.
Sprained a finger in a knife fighting drill so that I couldn't bend it all the way for months.
Strained ligaments in my elbow when it was improperly bent by a training partner.
Hurt my back being thrown to the point I could bend down for two weeks.
Countless aches, pains, bruises, scratches, scrapes, stiffness, and cuts. Its rare for me to wear a t shirt and shorts and have no visible small injuries. Al the punishment has upped my tolerance for pain dramatically and small pains barely register to me. Pain/soreness have just become a part of my life that I accept.

xD the worst I must say was during drill team. (for all who do not know drill team is an extra caricular for any JROTC branch) I was watching one of the upperclassman spin the rifle and I did not think I was close enough to get hit until the rifle hit me straight in the face right above my left eye. I did not notice I was bleeding till someone said something. It did not really get painful till after my adrenaline went down. That was just the worst out of all and it wasn't even that bad.

I don't think there is enough forum space to list all of mine...BUT...I will give the last decade and change (2000 - 2012)
- 3rd Degree Burn on right foot (2 surgeries and skin graft)
- Broken Foot
- Stepped on glass (infection led to minor/outpatient surgery)
- Dislocated Shoulder and Cracked Ribs
- Dislocated Knee (x4)
- Spinal Injury (severely damaged C1-T1 and T4-T6) because of car accident...lady cared more about getting to an office party than paying attention to her driving...1 year on my back...
- Spinal Injury (damaged L3-S1)...injured on the job and kept making worse...I should have stopped at the first ouch...the fifth put me on my knees...I got finished with work shortly after the seventh...went home...died for the night and went to the hospital in the morning...
The 90's were a little more interesting...if I didn't have an unnaturally capable immune system and healing rate I would have been dead long ago...
...and countless minor scrapes/cuts/bruises/burns along the way...pain is only there to let you know you are still alive...and my life reenforces my personal belief "...whatever does not kill me...obviously didn't try hard enough..."

I had Lead poisoning during my infancy, nearly died from it. The gunshot wound wasn't the cause of it.

I slipped and fell in the mud. Now my back constantly gets sprained and I cannot perform as well in athletics. Not that I ever did, anyway... stupid puddle...
Oh! I also remember having a bee fly straight into my face when I was 4-ish. No lasting effects- except for a little trauma here and there...

Well, honestly, I've only sprained my ankles. I have never broken any major bones. Besides my toes. I don't count that because there's nothing really you can do about it. Unless you have to pop it back into place... That was probably the worst pain I've ever felt.
I was in the kitchen, and I was making some pancakes, and letting my little sister help me. I couldn't find a smaller measuring cup, so I only had my biggest and heaviest one. When I was getting ready to do something, my sister accidentally pushes the measuring cup off the table, and it lands on my toe. I kinda jerk it away, and it twisted, (What the fuck, right?) and popped out of place. I wanted to die. My mom had to come in and try to pop it back into place. It was pretty bruised for a while. Purpley blue to yellow. Mother of god.

Hmm, well. I was diagnosed with Chron's disease at age 10 and almost 9 years later I am no better off. After I was diagnosed I ended up spending a total of 9 months in the hospital, completely missing 4th grade. Every single possible drug was tried (steroids, immunomodulators etc) Chrons causes the body to attack itself, predominantly in the intestinal tract. I have pictures of pits and ravines in my gut that no one should ever have. After 9 months, constant pain without painkillers, 2 seizures from one of the medications, several times fainting in the bathroom from lack of blood, many many blood transfusions, absolutely zero food except that which came through a picc line, the doctors threw in the towel and just took out my large intestine wholesale. But I have been plagued with complications since then. Several hospitalizations from infection, pancreatitis resulting in hospital, chest filling with fluid from infection resulting in surgery to scoop the crap out. Also because of pacreatitis they removed my gall bladder. Now my predominant problem is increasingly severe pain caused by fistulas. That is a good summary of the last 9 years of my life

Scar on inside of my upper lip from getting hit by baseball bat - stitches and only eating soup and other liquids for about a month, barely able to speak for a week or two - by far, the worst experience I've ever had
Scar above eye cutting through eyebrow - fell while climbing as toddler, few stitches
Scars on upper and lower left forearm - bit by dog
Nerve damage, slight discoloration and some scarring to knuckles on right hand - fighting
Dislocated shoulder - football
And a few minor scars that didn't require a hospital visit from scratches and just being a boy.
Never really broken any bones or tore muscles... lucky in that respect...
