My devices are not showing up on my crunchyroll account im able to watch them on my xbox but on the website it says i have no devices and ive been trying to remover some devices

Have you checked the spam folder for your e-mail? The response could have been mis-classified by your provider's spam filter. (This is assuming you have actually contacted them via the contact form or e-mail, and not simply posted here in the forum).
