Have you checked the spam folder for your e-mail? The response could have been mis-classified by your provider's spam filter. (This is assuming you have actually contacted them via the contact form or e-mail, and not simply posted here in the forum). In case you weren't aware, Bjaker is a CR customer service rep, so you did get a response in the forum. |
