Second...Live action versions of anime or manga tend to bite really bad. The acting is almost always horrible, and no one looks like the characters.

I think they could have chosen a better Usui and Misaki is too cute I can't picture her as the demon she's more like Misaki's friend. The facial expressions are also all wrong from the volume.
