So, I have recently decided to grow my jewelry collection. I am a guy (and not gay [sorry guys {and fan girls}]), and like to wear jewelry. I have a couple rings (a stainless steel Celtic knot and a shiny black band) and a nice-ish black watch, and and was wondering how the ladies in the house (but not the kitchen cause I'm a gentleman who likes to cook for my lady) feel about guys with jewelry.

Wow, that was long-winded and random as balls.

Well for me it really depends on the type of jewelry and what style of cloths the guy has on. I think the type of stuff you are describing sounds ok, but I am not a fan of the big flashy gold and diamond studded "bling" that some guys are into but that is just me.

Men have been wearing jewelry for HUNDREDS of years. I dont think they had Mr. T or metrosexuals in the 1600s...

They wouldn't have been metrosexuals as we know them today, back then they would be proto-metrosexuals. Effeminate girly men have been around for as long as humans have existed, they've just been known by different names. Also Mr. T is has existed since time immemorial and and he pities you for your ignorance on this fact.

Huh. No one has complained about my pic before (on this website).

Also, a cookie for the first person to tell me the name of the picture.

I'm suprised no ones ever said anything about it It creeps me out cause I feel like the Joker and the puppet from the SAW movies had a love child and now its staring at me through my computer screen.

Ok so I thought the same thing. Freaked me the f out.

As for the question; I don't mind guys who wear jewelry as long as its not too obnoxious if you get what I mean. A couple rings a watch necklace and or ear rings seems a lot in a list but its not. As long as the guy isn't more flashy than I am (not the flashy type anyway Lol) then we are good.

There may have been "proto-metrosexuals" in the 16th centruy but there have always been men that werent effeminate that wore jewelry too. Kings, princes, and noblemen all wore jewelry. Even Egyptian pharaohs wore jewelry. Wearing jewelry is now looked at now as something effeminate instead of a symbol of status and wealth due to our severly homophobic society.

Depends。
Definitely depends on how you would wear it。

Too much bling and then I would definitely think you are a wannabe player, if only a few jewelry at the time, I would not care.. My brother used to walk with *bling* But he never overdid it.

I personally don't like bling, but many girls in my class especially love it for some reason. I like class. ;]
But you know bling+class= something so that's good too o;
