I've never played many anime related card games, but everytime i visit my grandma, we'll play phase-ten a lot. Generally it's not something I play on a daily basis, but when I'm playing with my grandmother, my family, and her friends, it's actually a good form of entertainment.

I tend to get into (and out of, and then back into) trading card games a whole lot, although I'm extremely casual about it. I don't chase individual cards around trying to get some ultra-combo deck; I just take what I pull and play with that.
As for anime-related TCGs, I "unofficially play" (play against myself) Weiss Schwarz and Cardfight Vanguard. I also pick up Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh and the new Power Rangers TCG booster packs on occasion.

I occasionally play Yu-gi-oh, but have stopped playing and buying cards for myself because I liked the old Yu-gi-oh and the new one is too confusing and I don't have time to learn it like I did when I was a kid. I have never played Magic. It looks interesting, but I probably will never try it. I tried Pokemon when I was a kid, but ended up just collecting the cards. I prefer go and chess now and I would play karuta if I had cards and people with whom I could play. I love blackjack.

I used to play Yu-Gi-Oh with my sister but not anymore since I lost the cards. I still play the GBA game when I want to feel nostalgic though. xD And for traditional card games, I like to play Blackjack and Poker.

I still play yu gi oh every now and then, I don't have a feel for the newer cards and types of play I just like to stick to old school as far as GX.

Cardfight Vanguard and ygo.. Both active on tournaments and with friends..
There is nothing better than driving with some friends to a tournament and have some fun.
