Big in Japan aka BIJ, can also act as proxy for stores that sell within Japan only from which you may want to order from
HobbyLinkJapan aka HLJ,
Nippon--Yasan.com,
Plamoya.....tend to raise prices as item gets depleted or aftermarket (kind of true for BIJ)
Good Smile Company website. They will ship overseas but they also charge full retail.
CD Japan: but their prices are usually higher than stores listed above
Shopping Mall Japan...........click on this one. You'll find all sorts of legit sites
Rakuten
Amazon.com.jp........can ship media out trouble-free but other items may require going thru a proxy service
^ AmiAmi, mentioned above, is my favorite of the group but BIJ and HLJ sell the Banpresto DXF figures whereas AmiAmi not so much

Another option is getting a Japanese mail box.
You order anything from Japan that only ships domestically,
they send it to your Japanese address,
then it gets forwarded to you.
