Bench wise, my max is 320.

My deadlift is around 280, but it's pretty jumpy because I sometimes drop down to even 250 at times. It's weird though, most of my friends deadlift heavier than their bench, but I think it's partly due to the fact that I was the naive dumb media-inspired kid who only trained abs/biceps back in the day..

As far as the bicep curl is concerned, I only go up to 35's. I don't see a point in maxing out bicep curls because it doesn't do anything for you and doesn't prove anything. I sometimes use 30's, even 20's, and sometimes even 15's on burn workouts. But I have to admit.. it did look cool one time when I saw a guy curling like a 100 pounder.. I was all

Shoulder press wise, I REALLY need to work on these.. I can't even get up to my bodyweight yet. I'm a tad close to getting two plates on each side but that's only on good days when I'm feeling really awesome.. This is jumpy too. Sometimes I can only do 155, sometimes I can do 175.

that's impressive

I don't know my max deadlift as my bar only held 130kg/286 lbs but I did that for 6 reps, with shoulder press I can do about 90kgs/198 lbs and bicep curl about 55kgs/121 lbs. But considering I weigh 315 lbs It's not that great though I've hardly trained so when I start I should hopefully lose some weight and gain strength.

I quit working out almost a year ago, but my max bench was 200-210. By "max" I mean 1 rep after an easy warm-up on a good day.
