When I worked out a couple years ago, I could bench 135.
But now, maybe the most like 100.

Umm, I'm not too sure what you're trying to say? Being cut means that you've got muscle and very little fat. It's a type a type of body that one who is strong may try to achieve. How do they get strong? By lifting weights..Or possibly doing a huge load of physical activities / sports, and probably also lifting weights. Those who are cut typically aren't stronger than those that lift a lot of weights commonly and don't worry about getting toned, because cut people have to battle between bulking and leaning up again..if you're not worrying about getting cut, then you can just continue lifting without worrying about so much cardio / burning fat and gain more strength.

The average weight a girl in her adolescence can lift. I dunno. I think working out/weight lifting is boring. I just go on walks or jogs to get my exercise.

Yeah.. Dunno what he was talking about. Looks like he deleted his foolish comment. His abs pictures are also on Tumblr, so.. Sigh. Why do people with fake ab pictures come to Crunchyroll?

My friends are always showing off their abs, and I'm all, "You don't punch people in the face with your abs." I don't really understand the purpose of having a six-pack.
