How much weight can you lift?

When I was in High school I lifted the back end of a 66' chevy truck on a dare. I guess you could say it was a pickup truck

Bench Press: 140 Squat: 150 free weights: 10-60 push-ups w/o break: 50 pull-ups w/o break: 15 sit-ups: 75 currently weigh 145 and barely 5'6 but I mostly run for my main fitness (and even fun) |

i been lifting for a few years..always got to stretch be u do any lifting and its always good to do cardio 1st for at least 20min..
i can lift 270 no problem and my max is 320 can only do few reps at 320..i focus on cardio more becuz i play paintball and it takes alot of cardio. i started at 150 and after few months is when u should try and move up weight and reps..just always take it slow at first and got to have determination if not u will fail..always good to have a pal to work with ya |
