After coming up with a great workout planning and learning the difference between lean muscle and thick muscle, tone and strength respectively I started to go up like crazy. My starting weights were something like: Bench Press: 95 pounds Squat: 145 pounds Power Clean: 40 kilos or 90 pounds Push press: 85 pounds That was back when I was a freshmen. Around 6'1", 15 and 200 pounds. |

Alright well normally i dont post stuff but since everyone on here dosent know what their talking about i have to. I started lifting in highschool 16 weighed like 120 benched maxe 135 for one rep. Graduate high school at 130 benched about 145 max. Three years out of high school i weigh 170-175 lbs it differs. I have been on two cycles of PH's. Pro horomone's. I did some mild stuff but it was great. I can max bench 315 i have gotten it twice never tried going higher because 315 is even too much weight for my weight. It hurts my joints ALOT when i go that high on a normal chest day i dont go over 245.
I am mainly upper body i can only squat 315 too for 2-3 Deadlift without straps 300-315. With straps i can do 500. My wrists cant support that heavy of weight. Now i dont know if you would consider me strong i do okay for my weight but im not able to put up the 400's like the bigger guys my body cant support it. I also started out alot small and weaker then most. |

I haven't exactly tried my 1 Rep max but...
Deadlift 130kg 5*5 Squat 120kg 5*5 Bench 80kg 5*5 I started benching with just the bar, I was the epitome of weakling ectomorph. It's been about 8 months since I started. |

That's good progress and it's always good to have someone help motivate you, that's what I need. |
