ill will write my last email today...

Computer specs are irrelevant to connection stability and throughput.

This is a routing issue with their CDN that CR can try and help resolve if you contact support, which it looks like you were going to anyways according to your post.

why is this a routing issue with so many ppl having troubles? On the other hand if so many ppl are having this routing issue, why isn't there a standard "fix"? or is the "fix" just to change the DNS servers? but why would I change DNS servers just to watch CR?
I think it would be more help if someone would give some real answers instead of just "use contact us to troubleshoot" and lock the thread... it'd be nice to know what's causing these freezing/stopping playbacks... it's must be a common issue with so many ppl having problems... I'd say it's just CR servers cannot keep up.... frustrating when you are paying premium...
Sorry... had to vent a little.

Great question! I don't know.
Not trying to be a smartass, I'm just really not that computer smart.
I -do- however, know how to spot problems and help troubleshoot them based on trends I see in what people report.
I -do- then take that information to our Dev team and Ops team so they can follow up app side as well as with our CDN to help fix the issues.
I'm sorry that things do not function properly 100% of the time.
I am here to help make it better.

I have Verizon FiOS (American FiOS service in US) and I have 150 mbps connection. YouTube and Netflix with their full 1080p handle just fine on my computer. Oddly, Naruto ep at 720p did get stutter once or twice. In 1080p, it stutter within 5 min and struggle from there. The connection here is fine. It apparently CR have some issue with their server and possibility overloaded.

It peeved me a little because for 6 months, I haven't use CR website. I usually use my phone or my PS3. the reason why I stop using CR website because of the stuttering issue. I assumed it fixed already since it been 6 month already and found out it didn't. I cann't blame CR, all I can hope for CR to fix this.

I have a premium account, too, and lately the freezes are just getting worse and worse. I have to refresh my browser (Chrome) on average of 6 times per a show now. That's just getting to be ridiculous. I did the DNS stuff, but it didn't change. Crunchy freezes up on xbox sometimes, too, but no where near as bad as when I'm watching it on my pc between the hours of 10pm - 5am EST. So, that definitely leads me towards insufficient bandwidth on Crunchy's part.
If you have another suggestion, I'm open to hearing it, because, as I stated earlier, I'm getting pretty fed up for having to have my show freeze and then refresh the page repeatedly.
