yeah, but with family is very high because the dna should be a bit similar (family tree) unless the person wasnt related by blood

yeah the DNA is similar that why, im talking about something long proven--- the problem is when the 2 make the baby-- if both of them have a similar deffect in the DNA then it could activate it and the baby comes with that--- you know chances increase---- should be logical now

if it didnt make sense then it should have by when i said that stuff ;p (blood related deffects are usually shared, that why with family the chances are high)

I wont say flat out that i wouldn't. If i loved the person then i would seriously consider it but seeing as i don't get along with a single member of my family i wont have to worry about it.
