Just occurred to me to post this, I've never seen an RLS survey and can't wait to see the results...

As for me, I have it pretty bad, and Requip (a medication for it) is wonderful.

I had it bad when I was in my teens, and it still acts up every once in while, but it's gone from a bad case to a mild one with proper exercise.

I had it last night though; it sucked

Not sure if I have it or not. I know I sleep wild, but I don't think that's related to the syndrome.
