Meh? Too many things hanging off it for my taste.
I'd lean towards it being a ghost type because normal at this point would seem odd to me and those eyes do look very ethereal. As for the new evolution method...they will introduce a new mechanic in which all Pokemon are capable of dying, and in the process they'll gain a sub-type of ghost!

I did little research. Apparently the evolution is a secret one.
They refuse to give too much info away but Ninfia looks interesting. Milotic ears, bug like ears and bow and a weird color which leans towards fire maybe.

I'm not particularly fond of Pokemon that have their flesh woven into clothes like items. It's okay to me otherwise.
Kinda hoping we get at least one more Eeveelution this gen, just to kick the number up a little more.
