Wao! My five minutes with the dog! Here it goes..

I was telling the dog (Marco) "come here, come here" for perhaps four minutes and eventually i decided to try another tactic and when i finally did, i said "lets go" and the damn dog came storming towards. He probably thought i was going to take him outside. Smart dog!

My dog doesn't listen too well being dead and all.

While he was alive though I had him trained to use hand signals along with the basic commands like "come". He was selective about who he obeyed though. If he knew he could get away with not listening he would ignore your commands and even turn his head away from you.

My dog is smart she... well I guess the best way to explain is she responds to gestures, the word cheese, and if I say something she understands like I can say go play, go to bed, time to potty, stay in this part of the yard, attack, etc. and she will listen.

my dog learned how to open my sliding door and climb over the chain link fence. now I just let him come and go as he pleases... since then I told him couldn't sleep on my bed anymore since I don't know where he goes during the day

my dog's name's trixie. but call her stinky, louie, julie, and other names rhyming with trixie, and she'll wag her tail like Tails from Sonic the hedgehog does.

but our other dog knows how to shake hands

It is easy for my dog to obey commands, I can just say her name and tell her to come here, she'll come running at full speed.

I put of lot of time in training my dog...So when I tap my legs with my hands she jumps and hugs me.
When I raise my hand with my index finger sticking out, she immediately sits.
When I call her name, she comes running towards me.
When I bend over and stick out my hand, she shakes my hand.

Those are the basics I've taught her.

I also taught her a few other things--Finding the ball.
Letting go of anything she has in her mouth immediately...(That one was tough).

my dog listens when he wants to, if i tell him to do something he doesn't want to do though he lets out a tiny little disapproving grunt before doing it. I'm not sure where he developed this attitude but it only increases his adoreableness.

It's sickening how cute he is.

My dog will only come if I say "Do you want a treat?!" In a really excited, high-pitched tone of voice. He's such a pig. I'm surprised he isn't fat because of the amount of food we give him. We spoil him. Oh well. He's so cute, and none of my family, >>especially me<< cannot resist!

In the past, my dog rarely listened to me. Now, since I'm the one that feeds her and takes her outside, she listens. Unless she's barking at other dogs, she listens when I tell her to come. Of course, she is not the brightest dog and she tends to get herself stuck around chairs, sprinklers, and the like.
