My dog only comes when I call if I have food.

Or if I say 'walkies' then she comes running over immediately all excited and I take her nowhere to teach her whose boss.

I managed to get a dog that has the nature of a cat (I fucking hate cats) with all the neediness of a dog.

My dog is pretty obedient when I tell her to stay (she knows her consequences if she tries to follow me). When I say "walk" she gets all excited because she knows its her walk time, especially when she notices the leash on my hand, she'd be twice as excited. She loves food, and she'd go nuts over whoever has food... She'd even play cute to get attention (licking my leg like crazy, rubbing her head around my leg, sit like a good girl, whatever). She only knows her name when I call her, sit and wait, but other commands such as down, roll over, shake, speak, etc... Nope.

I scratch and touch my dogs ears ALL the time and rarely does he ever start s to kick his leg. In the past, i have scratched his stomach and he started to kick his leg similar to the way you mentioned! This however does not happen all the time, i figured that he only does it when someone is scratching his "itchy spot"! which can be sometimes difficult to find.

In brief, it depends on your dog, and what kind of spot they enjoy to be scratched at!

She never lisens to me and if she does she just stares at me for a moment and goes back to doing her things..
She's such a.. mum-dog.

With my first German Shepherd, Shadow, he didn't have that "perfect spot" until he was around 8-9 years. I could scratch him behind his ear and his legs would go at it, although he used to lean into the scratch so eventually your hand would be stuck under him

My current German Shepherd, Todd (3 years old), has the usual belly scratch-kick. So maybe it's an age thing? Who knows.

In terms of how well they listened?

Shadow was pretty much a guard/yard dog. Rough-n-Gruff and would probably choose to take your arm off instead of the 10 lbs of prime cut that was sitting right next to him.

Todd on the other hand we brought up as a house dog. So he has a better grasp of commands:

Come -> nose in crotch and follows you

Sit -> nose in crotch then sits

Stay -> nose in crotch then goes down on your feet

Paw -> nose OR paw in crotch followed by a nose in crotch for a treat

I'm starting to think we messed up somewhere

Utter the word 'ball' though and he'll spaz like Doug from Up.

My dog won't let me out of his sight long enough to call him.If I leave him for 10 minutes he comes running and cries and whines like I've been gone for days.I should have named him Shadow instead of Toby. But, when I do call he comes running.

When my dog doesn't listen and won't come, I say "Bye bye" and start walking away.

Then I have to dodge a speeding bullet dog.

My dog muffins is a poodle cross shitzu. True to her name, she doesn't give a shitzu when I call her.

Edit: Haha, I just noticed that Muffin has both poo and shit in her breed. I can't stop laughing.

depends which dog, MY dog responds right away while my father's dog... well, let's just say he's really stupid, i mean, you give him a HUGE bone and then he starts munching it. And then i give a really small bone to my dog and when my fathers dog sees that, he jumps on the small bone, leaving the big one to my dog, but after that when he sees my dog with the big bone, he jumps on the big bone... and again and again
