Christ, more good shows need to be aired, not saying Soul Eaters bad, but just something other than Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in the Shell (awsome animes, but to many reruns)

Still, a good show a lot of non-anime fans over here really like, so I suppose it's a good move on their part to add something to appeal to a slightly broader audience. The dub's a tad dated, but still good enough for many to enjoy; I hope it gives the anime industry in the west slightly more attention.
No, a dated dub would be the original Sailor Moon, Mobile Suit Gundam Trilogy, or Macross.

i guess i still watch anime on sat on toonami cuz thats what i grew up with from the late 90's its almost like ur not watching by urself i guess u could say i dont know the feeling exactly except nostalgic and im set in my ways and working all the time sat nights are my anime nights plus i get on here so on my tv and computer at the same time drinking a few cold ones eating pizza and watching anime ^_^ add some green and its alright with me ^_^

I don't have any channels on my tv cus I only watch things on crunchyroll and Hulu, but I already have the entire series on blue ray so it's ok.
Although I would have watched it anyway if I had cable because it is my favorite series.

True. But the point is to increase the anime fan base. If it wasn't for tv I would be staying away from anime due to the assumptions many people make with anime.

haha, I am the same way  but sometimes its nice to see your favorite anime shown on the screen; showing just how popular it is to show off itself to as many people who even 'accidentally' turn to the channel.
When I saw Soul eater listed on toonami I had a big grin on my face, because that means alot of anime I watched may get shown too even though it was already finished.
