Mystery Box Deal - Unshipped

I bought the mystery box thing a little over two weeks ago. When I checked my order history it said "Paid, Unfulfilled" and apparently it hasn't even shipped yet...
Does it usually take this long to ship? I'm not complaining, I just want to know if I should be concerned. |

I don't know but mine says the same thing so they are probably still getting all of the orders together.

It has been said, and reposted, that they are not updating order status until ALL of the orders have shipped. That means your status will probably still say "unshipped" when it arrives.

Thak's right. It'll probably be on your doorstep in a couple of days. A buddy of mine just received his and revealed the contents of it to me just earlier today.

I ordered this and it was my first time ordering anything on Crunchyroll. It will most likely be my last. I certainly understand that things happen - popular items, shipping issues, etc. - but the poor communication and long wait time is unreasonable. When I emailed support and asked about it I was told to wait until March 15th before contacting them again. Only then would they do anything (seven weeks after order was placed).
In this day and age it simply shouldn't take a month or longer to receive something you order and customer service should be much better. |

Product is going to get to you. Also, I didn't say that you had to wait until March 15th to contact me again, I said that if you don't receive it by March 15th let me know. You can email me all you like in between! I'll do my best to be much better. |

Coming up on 5 weeks now, I can only hope it gets here sometime this week...what did they say the wait time was suppose to be anyways? Usually it's 2-3 weeks if I remember correctly.
