I don't mind being single, wouldn't mind being in a relationship, but hey I'm a shy person when I first meet people which most people seem to hate. So single I shall stay for the time being.

My condolences it's a lonely road, I'm sure we'll both find someone eventually though.

Honestly theres so much to do out there so i just try to live day by day. if a girlfriend comes along come "PLUS!". Otherwise I am still going to have fun. I host speed dating events around my town and if you are single i would recommend to go to one of thoses cause its people equalling for someone else. Be sure to find a good host so he or she help you break the ice and have find a way to get you talking and matching.

Personally I enjoy being single. Yes, being single is lonely sometimes and can consume your thoughts daily or at night but you can just talk or hang out with your friends if you feel lonely or feel like investing into something/someone without being in a 'relationship' and you wouldn't have to be by yourself. I've dated before and its just hard to invest so much time for one person, I guess I didn't really want the relationship. To much to worry about in a relationship.

@ previous comments, Relationships do put pressure on you but never loose your confidence or your relationship is as good as done; So pretty much the guys who "really want a relationship" are probably just lonely, just go somewhere with friends and have a good time instead of wasting your time thinking about how you ignorantly think you want a girlfriend.

Well, I don't really think either is better or worse than the other. I don't really care for either, I just want to be around people and be happy. I have no real desire to be in a relationship, nor do I actively think to myself "Wow, I sure do want to be single because screw relationships!"

I think you misunderstand me. You seem to think that love can only be quantified by those stupid labels.. That if one is not "officially" labeled as being in a relationship then there's no love. That because I do whatever I want and refuse to label myself as being single or in a relationship, I am not in love with anyone.

Well, the truth is that there is in fact someone whom I love...
Am I his gf? No.
Do I care? No.
Do I want to be his gf? Not really.
Why? Because what we have right now, whatever the hell you want to call it, is enough for me. I don't care what I am to him, I'll love him just the same. THAT is, in my honest opinion, LOVE. Labels are just for show. I don't care about other people and what they think or how they see our relationship. It's what I feel that's important. I don't need for anyone to know what he is to me or what I am to him. That's none of their business. I'll love him because I want to... I don't need to be his gf or his wife or whatever else to do that...

That's why I think labels are stupid... And that's what I mean when I say I do whatever I want....

All i know is being in a relationship. ive been in one for the past 7 years. well switched between one to another a year ago. still not very sure i would want the single life.

I don't really think about relationships. Don't have the time or motivation. Perhaps one day when I am ready to commit, but not today. Or tomorrow. Probably not next week either.
