Genshiken Genshiken Nidaime Moyashimon All pretty awesome! Something in between would be Dengeki Daisy. Setting is a high school, female lead is in school but most of the other main protagonists are adults (university or older) including the male lead.

I think theres only like 10 mins of footage in 2 series that shows a highschool.
