Where the heck have I missed this series? I've been on CR for several months now and just noticed this anime last weekend. This anime had me hooked like Clannad did. I enjoyed it very much. Anyone else out there seen this or have similar feelings?

Bro...this series was seriously epic. Probably my favorite anime of all time. Just because how I could relate to Sawako, because I used to be extremely shy. Plus, she always tries hard no matter what. Probably one of the best romances I've seen. Another added bonus is the anime peeps didn't totally screw the viewer just because the manga was ongoing *cough Glass Mask *cough*. I thought the exact same thing: "Why had I never heard of this before?!?!"

Glad to see someone else agree. I think like this anime is also why I can dig Kotoura-San. It looks like this anime was in 2009 roughly? I just remember Sawako using a calendar that had the year 2009. Anyway, I was extremely shocked at how much I liked this anime. Has no idea what to expect and had difficulties staying up watching it when I needed to go to bed for work the next day. Lol.
