Science says that if you get more then 7 hours of sleep you have a chance of randomly dieing, and if you get less then that you have a chance of dieing of a heart attack or the other way around can't remember but gl dudes who sleep longer then 7 hours lol. Me personally I sleep like my ancestors sleep for 3 hours and then usually up in the middle of the night doing things and then going back to sleep for another four hours, this way of sleeping is actually proper. The people who beleive they have sleeping problems when they wake up in the middle of the night are just experiencing what our ancestors had to do before us when nights were longer. And also doing adult things during that time is said to be the best for getting pregnant and other things. Knowledge.

I'd actually like to see some scientific proof of this eg an scientific article, a news bulletin from a reputable source(BBC, CBC, NBC, etc...) that lists its source, or a website article. I"m pretty sure that complete BS, and my teacher, my dad, my friend said doesn't count as scientific proof just going to state that right now.

i did have the article I forgot where it was at on the website it was on so it was me just quoting what i read but as soon as I find it again ill make sure to post it in here that way you can read it its on a website with a lot of different other articles so its going to take me a little. Should be up by the end of the day. http://www.cracked.com/funny-5003-sleep/ as soon as i posted this i went and looked lol and found it ok a couple of the things are completely inaccurate because most of the time the website is just about humor but there is a article about sleep on there that actually lists the places where teh studies were done along with the study report this link just gives the facts as well as some excerpts from other articles about sleep.

Yup. When I was a teenager in a growth spurt I slept a lot. I remember being so tired I went to take a nap and woke up in time for dinner -- the next day. There have also been occasions when I was sick and/or medicated, but they are extremely rare.

If breaks are allowed!

...like if I work 5-6 days straight then get a day off, 10-sleep 4-awake 10-sleep might actually happen....maybe. But since I wouldn't want to be decaf while I catch up on sleep, taking a break in-between is required.

Yes, and as you described, you feel like absolute trash when you sleep for that long.

Yes I had, I slept for about 36 hours when I had gotten really ill if it wasn't for my parents waking me up and forcing me to eat and drink I would have probably died. (Yes I am that reclusive, and yes my parents didn't really notice I wasn't around for at least a day and a half just assuming I was doing my by myself thing in my room)

Of course somehow when you're up to mischief or trying to get a little alone time they somehow knock every 5 fucking minutes!

30 odd hours after taking more pills than I should. Woke up dehydrated with a killer hangover.
