Im a premium member and I extended my subscription until Nov, 23rd 2013 during Cyber Monday.

But today Im trying to watch anime and it says Im a regular member.

Aside from this issue, which I already contact support about, how do I use guest passes?

I found the way to do it, now I need a premium code, apparently I cant use my own codes...

Yeah, your guest passes expire when your membership does.

I did 2 times, Im very disappointed at support now.
They took down my post quick when I asked for guest pass while I wait for a fix and yet they wont reply to my problem.

You are just confused, your post was likely deleted by a mod not Bjaker. He gets a lot of emails so just be patient. Why would you send more than one message, it isn't like spamming messages is going to get you help any faster.

Also, please keep in mind that it's the weekend. Perhaps there's no one from support that works weekends.

There was a long weekend so support is likely still catching up on that. I'll help you through PM since payment matters should be kept private for everyone's safety.

Update: Actually I just checked Support and you received a response over a day ago and support is more or less caught up. If you needed further assistance, you should have responded to that email. Though I'll still PM you since I can provide a more detailed explanation.
