trolls, how do you deal with them?

I would like to say that this thread is part of the problem because this is only giving them the attention that they want and this might as well be a troll magnet. Also there is no magic button to get rid of them so better hunker down and endure.

Trolls = Symptom
Ignore = Solution (most of the time anyway)
