Ah, fanservice. Whether you like it or not, it's become one of those nuances that make an anime. It is not bad, especially when used in small doses and doesn't get in the way of the story. It's only bad when it's used in an unfitting time and place, and it feels like there's little to no plot to see in the anime because of it. With that said, what are your thoughts on fanservice? What are some good and bad examples of it?

I belive that when an anime as fanservice, the chances of that anime having no plot whatsover doubles.

Fanservice usually compensate for a lack of a good story line. In other words, animes with lot of fanservice usually have talentless creators. Still there are some animes that manage to pull it off and create a superb anime.

You get shows like To Love Ru which is fanservice incarnate but I still like it

Example of a good one that is fanservice heavy? I can't think of any, not that I've watched a large amount of anime.
