Are u sure you're asking that question correctly? 
But to answer your question, yes, pretty much everyday, except during the time when I used to work night shift. During those times. I would usually sleep sometime in the late afternoon.

Sleep at night? Are you crazy? It is clearly best to sleep during the day to avoid the sun. Then you get to enjoy the moon later on...on most days of course.
