Yes, I do every day, although for a good year I was working a 10pm-7am shift so yeah I did change it up for that time. |

But just to answer this question, it's every day of my life.
I haven't skipped sleep before.
Ok, maybe, a few times. And it was crazy. I was hearing voices and imagining things.
That was when I learnt, I cannot not sleep. I would go insane if I didn't sleep.

I used to sleep from nine-ish until six-thirty everyday for most of my life, but now I have to get up for work before sun does, so I guess I don't actually sleep from night until morning anymore.
