i usually watch the anime then read the manga. Usually reading the manga makes me love a series even more (Ex. skip beat, ouran, kaichou wa maid-sama) The only time where i prefer the anime is when its a sports one. While i still love Chihayafuru and kuroko no basket and can't wait for the next ch's, it's not the same as in the anime.

that was quite some bump there, almost a year.

anyway. I almost always prefer the manga, I feel the same way about it as the whole 'the book is better than the movie' thing, but I do watch anime now and then (I wouldn't be here at all otherwise)

Usually, I'll say both.... but as my line of work tends to veer into too much readin', I'd haveta say more into anime than manga.

I enjoy both. Manga has more creative freedom, while anime is pressed for time. This can lead to bad adaptions.

This is a really tough question. I love both so much, both have their pros and cons so it is difficult to select just one. The manga and the animes are sometimes so different from each other that they may as well be from different series. I love manga because I can take them to school and read them while I wait for class to begin. I tend to binge watch anime because I have a hard time keeping up with series during the quarter when I have very little time. The problem that I have with some animes is that they come out around the same time as the manga, and the creators try really hard to stay in line with the manga; however, the main problem is when the anime finishes before the manga. I feel like I am missing out on something with the anime that I can only get from the manga.

For me, the biggest draw to anime is that we can see the emotions that the characters go through that might not be as easily interpreted in manga.

Regardless of the cons, the pros can are strong enough for me to not say that one is better than the other.
