Specifically is the CR app using Panasonic's HTML5 SDK, Ajax CE SDK or both? If it's just HTML5 then CR should clarify that only 2012 and later models of televisions will support the new client, even if they have the latest Viera Connect.

I have a DMP-BDT110 bluray player with Viera Connect as well and would like to stream CR on it. http://panasonic.net/avc/viera/global/connect_apps/detail/228 According to the Panasonic website, it should be available for anything released after 2011 (I believe the little blue icon on the right signifies this.) I'm pretty sure my BDT110 is released in 2011. Also, I don't think the TV in the icon means it only works on TVs because the Facebook and YouTube apps work on my bluray player, for example.

As long as it is Viera Connect and a 2011 or later model it should work on the device. We built it in office using a Viera Connect TV.
