UN-GO was licensed by Sentai, so it may not suffer the same fate.

I expect NISA will eventually put it back up on CR as a library title (US/Canada only) at some point, but only after the discs have been out for quite a while.

Aside from featuring the most adorable Rin-chan, this show takes you on an eye and heart opening ride regarding what family is. I loved this story and appreciated the author's willingness to take a risk.
