Actually, the regional availability did includes parts of Europe. I googled and found the ANN article that announced Usagi Drop being on Crunchyroll, and the regions stated were

United States, Canada, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Netherlands, Brazil and Portugal.

So Scandinavians, the Dutch and the Portuguese can watch this before it expires in about a week.

I somehow suspect like TheAncientOne that this will probably come back as a North America only catalog title but I suspect it will be at least six months. But that is only speculation on my part.

I hate the fact I can't watch this online myself.
