I'm really glad I gave this a chance before it disappeared from my queue. Cute, heartwarming show. The only downside is that there's no second season - I really didn't want it to end. :-)

Crunchyroll can give us a bit more notice than a week. This one's only 11 episodes, so its not that bad. But when Eureka Seven was going away, I had to watch 51 episodes within 7 days. I would appreciate a bit sooner notice for those who can only watch a couple episodes without their lives grinding to a halt for a series marathon.

Why???? Just kidding... That wasn't the hookup most people expected after the first part of the manga and the season of anime. Watching a lot of anime and reading a ton of manga and novels I was not surprised by the turn of events but the sweet anime does not predict where it goes.

Finished the marathon last watch this morning. Thanks Crunchyroll! Sad to see it go but great to see while it was here.

I'd heard about that. My solution is to ignore the existence of the manga.

watch it on some other site ...

No need to name any of the bootleg sites in a Crunchyroll ~ its surely not what the licensors are hoping for when they give the license to Crunchyroll in the first place, and its not like any of them are hard to find on the net.

Its not Crunchyroll's decision to take it down, and the amount of advance notice might not be Crunchyroll's decision either. If the contract with NIS America says that NIS America only has to give a week's notice, then nothing Crunchyroll can do to force them to give longer notice.

I'd rather the contracts be written with a month's notice, but if the other side insists, its better to get the license with the shorter notice period than to miss out on the simulcast

Damn yeah it is a really great series, I wish there were more like it out there. It just seems like it is subject that matter that is unique. Anyone know of anything similar out there there?

great news for the license owner, profit going down the drain, why not just trow license money out the window instead of removing the series?

I was gonna watch this anyway.

I'm on episode four

something about it is really relaxing (usually I watch things where you're on the edge of your seat constantly)
