How dare you!

I'll have you know that I merely started it because of the cat

Word on the street is that Jump editors nerfed some of Togashi's original vision. For instances
but his editors advised against it because of the character's popularity. If that is true I can see it happening with other arcs too.

That would explain a lot - assuming it's true, of course. But, like i said, It was just a slight "nagging" sensation. I actually never even realized it until the epilogue and I was like, "Huh... everyone's fine" lol

But then, there's a whole world of stuff about this show i'm sure i'll never know without reading the source material. I was also immensely happy that they gave this a satisfying ending despite the fact that (I assume), there's more to tell. It gets massive props for that as well.

Except people Hisoka killed. And people the Troupe killed. And all those thousands of people eaten by ants, only a fraction of them reincarnating, and once they did they were now inhuman monsters with their whole lives destroyed. But other than that, yea. Don't pay any attention to the fact that two countries were decimated.

LOL - fair enough. I suppose it was a tad discourteous of me to ignore the bystanders

However, the only person I remember Hisoka killing was the butler and people in the hunter exam (who know they could die anyway). And weren't quite a few of the people eaten drug manufacturing terrorists? Not all, obviously, but quite a few. And didn't the Troupe mostly kill mobsters at a black market auction

Seems like everything's fine after all

Just kidding! As I said, I suppose I simply forgot about the bystanders. A fair point. Though, oddly, I didn't feel much of a connection to them. Perhaps i'm just sorely lacking in empathy lol

Only Killua really knows how to exploit it. I hope they elaborate a bit more on it though.

Remember that Gon still doesn't have nen, so apparently there is a limit.

Wait what? Did they even expound upon that in the series? Or is it only told in the manga since it is a little bit further?

Kind of. In the manga Gon calls Ging up and tells him he hasn't been able to use Nen since his fight with Pitou. Ging told Gon that he has to start from square one.

Man that would hae bee so frustrating had Kurapika died with only killing 1 troupe member.
Well the wish hat is granted has consequences just not payed by the person that made the wish.

I can't remember exactly but didn't Killua say he would pay the price for the next request so no one else woud have too.

What's stopping Killua from meeting up with Gon later in the series and restoring his nen? Or coming in at time later in the series and wishing the conflict away? As long as Alluka doesn't get nerfed or killed I don't see any reason to feel any concern or tension at all.

Well there isn't. Gon is still a Hunter but he is basically retired. He went back home to Whale Island and Mito-san is forcing him to catch up on all the schoolwork he missed while he was away. Only person after him is Hisoka, who would likely react the same way to Gon's situation as he did when he found out Chrollo couldn't use Nen.
