I very rarely rewatch shows.
I rewatch episodes of Fairy Tail every so often, I rewatch TTGL at least once a year, I'm probably going to add Persona 4: The Animation to that list, but other than that it's pretty rare.

I've seen FMA Brotherhood about 4 times, Twelve Kingdoms 3 times (I wished they would have finished it), Cowboy Bebop about 6 times, and I've watched Berserk about 6 times. Some of those instances were me watching it with someone I was trying to get into anime and some were me just rewatching them because they're fucking awesome. I need to rewatch Ergo Proxy as well.

Some are worth re-watching imho, there are many subtle hints and cues before the plot is explained, and I find myself looking for which ones I missed, but then again not everyone is discreet nor cares about that when you are enjoying anime.

The test of a great series for me is one I want to watch again and again which means I have to buy it for the day Crunchyroll loses its license. I wtill have old stuff on VHS I rewatch and should replace with DVDs.
