Two that come to mind from Naruto are "Fighting Dreamers" and "Yura Yura". Also the opening from Total Eclipse, But like I said, its very subjective.

Shame I didn't find the series itself nearly as enjoyable. Evangelion had an awesome opening as well but the series just didn't resonate with me. I actually feel bad about not liking Beck because of how hilarious I find the opening, well that and the awesomeness that is the English version of Moon on the Water.

I only wish that the show was as good as good as the OP is, I actually like the original version of the song that much better. they just took the song "black hearts and dollar signs" and re-wrote the lyrics to fit deadman wonderland. it's really half-assed when you think about it like that.

Would get me soooo pumped up and then the show just wasn't all that. >< Oh, and the opening theme from Bodacious Space Pirates really out-shined the show itself imo. I wouldn't call either of those shows terrible though I don't think, as I completed them both. They were both just average to me and never lived up to the hype I felt when watching the OP's.
