Online	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 2/27/13 I am fairly certain his mannerisms and the impression it leaves are intended. Basically I think he is supposed to come off that way. The 2010 version of the Tempest was really going for a sort of art house vibe I felt like so it was definitely trying to ... be different from the source material.
