Having a 8,99 account for drama and anime, but no drama available

So I pay €8,99 ( only since this month ) but when I go to the drama tab on the xbox360 I see the following message : "There are no results matching the selected filter. Please modify your criteria to see results".
When I press on the button shows and then on the button drama, I get to see absolutely nothing, is something not working with the site or is something wrong with my account? |

It looks like you signed up through Xbox. The Xbox enrolls you in a 30 day All-Access Trial which then turns into an All-Access Membership. Most of our Drama content is only available in the US and Canada. If you want I can help you get swapped over to an Anime Membership? |

Yeah, I've indeed done this, but last month ( during the trail ) I was able to watch around 52 drama series, now there are none available, I find it odd that they would be available when you have a free trail, but as soon as you pay for it, it just vanishes.

I think I know how to do that , I just go to settings --> premium membershop --> change plan right?

I suspect that at that time, had you gone to the "Contact Us" page and checked the "Detected Country", it would have shown you as somewhere other than you actually were. The IP geo-location service sometimes gets confused. If you ever suddenly see series available that you usually don't, or suddenly lose access to shows that you normally can view, "Detected Country" is one of the first thing to check. Often logging out and back in will resolve the problem (although if you are getting things you usually don't, you might be tempted to start a viewing marathon instead). |
