I kinda did one time. There was this anime on crunchyroll called Natsuyuki Rendezvous and the plot sounded interesting. I wasn't really planning on watching it until I found out the same guy who voiced Houtarou Oreki in Hyoka voiced the main character in this series. So I instantly clicked on it (watched this directly from finishing Hyoka lol). Big mistake though. The series was terrible and his character wasn't even the main focus.  So ever since then I will never watch a show just because of the VA. |

No, but it would be nice if an anime had a voice actor I would prefer. But, on the other hand if it's the same VA's all the time it would be boring, that's why we need to give a chance for new VA's

No I don't. I mostly pick anime by synopsis. If I like the summary of what the anime is then I will watch it. Although, it's funny that the english voice actor of Revy from Black Lagoon is the same person who does Gilda from My little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Now I can't watch Black Lagoon without thinking of MLP. AAARGH lol. It's quite comical, actually.
