For certain ones I do, like the Queen of tsundere  I love her work. But if the title's story sounds appealing to me; then I'll check it out, then at the end of the episode, I decided I keep watching the anime or not. |

No- simply for the fact that like all actors they are assigned certain projects by contract.I pick anime by series descriptions and then give them a 4 episode test run before I decide to watch the series. I find most all Japanese voice acting to be very good.

If Kenichi Suzumura or Maaya Sakamoto's in it, I'll usually check it out. Otherwise, it doesn't matter to me, but I am getting tired of seeing Kana Hanazawa and Eri Kitamura everywhere these days.
As for the dubs, it's usually Trina Nishimura. Her performance in Steins;Gate and Eva 2.0 was great.

Not initially,
I first check the genre and the animation style first then the story and then I check who the seiyuu are . Its always a plus when your favorite seiyuu are in it and if they have interesting characters ...in a good anime of course but not all the time if the anime sucks like Amnesia then I just see a waste of good talent.
I am very particular with the seiyuu becuase I am a trained voice actor as well.
And if their characters are annoying and the writing is poor, I tend not to finish watching the series.
But for good shows like for example...
Hunter X Hunter . Gon and Kilua's seiyuu are both young newer seiyuu but they are doing a great job with their characters and matching how the earlier seiyuu did it.
But I choose to watch it first becuase of the title itself.

Sometimess. Depends on what the anime is. Dubbed sometimes really stinks so i decide not to watch an anime because of that. Othertimes animes are dubbed sooop perfectly so i watch it because of that! I don't always do that thou! |

This! I don't do it for the Japanese versions but when it gets dubbed I look at who they got, good indication of if they put effort into it or just casted their b-listers. Bad dubs are just too horrible.
