One of the reasons I decided to get a premium membership was to be able to watch in 1080p. But most of the time streaming in HD is just an unwachtable mess. Its definitely not because of my hardware, so it must be due to poor network performance. Please do something about your servers/network or at least implement a buffer bar into your player so that we can preload the videos.

I'm streaming 1080p flawlessly, it's nothing to do with their servers... make sure you're getting much more than 4mb/s dl speeds as a couple hundred kb's of bandwidth aren't always completely free. To check the hardware side of it, watch a 1080p video (not a movie as the resolution is lower due the the cinematic resolution) and check for stutters. There is nothing wrong with the site just make sure your side of things is up to scratch first.

I have 100 mbit downstream and no problems streaming 1080p movies from other streaming sites or on-demand services. My hardware is more than capable of playing 1080p videos (8core, dual gpu, 8GB RAM and an SSD). There is also no stuttering when I pause the video for a few minutes. I wouldn't mind preloading, but since there is no buffer indicator, I can't tell how much has been buffered. Its kind of annoying to pause a video to let it buffer and 10 minutes later I have to pause again and let it buffer.

May I ask in which country you reside, since you have no problems? Maybe its because I live in austria and my stream might use another server than yours.
