Annie is by far my favourite.

I find Mikasa annoying for some reason. She was cute as a child but then, ehnnn.... annoying.

Looks like there was trouble in /AMP/ while I was too busy with "work".

Thanks for dealing with it the way you folks did. "APPRECIATION_LAWL"

Didn't see it, just the posts about it, but I've seen much worst in the other eras. I bet that you've seen them too. "LAWL"

Only kind of for me. I run a few sites of my own, so I guess that counts in a way, but closest to this kind of work is I'm a regional online committee head for Relay for Life.

Wonder how to go about reopening a thread that was closed due to OP closing her/his account?
Does one have to remake a new thread if it's the same subject?
Posted 7/18/13
Anyone is welcome to re-open a closed thread due to a user nuking there account. Of course, you would have to make a new thread with the particular subject topic.

You sir just became my favorite admin. I've lost 3 family members to cancer with in the past year (not direct ones but still) and my dad died right after becoming cancer free from a mass heart attack. It's just a big shame cause he was only 57. Either way, relay for life = awesome people.

I am sorry for your loss, but I would like to suggest you to get a check-up, since immediate families (and in some cases, distant family members) are at high-risk. I've treated patients that are around your father's age as well as those younger than him and I can feel the pain in their eyes even if they are smiling. I guess it is one of the things that drive me to want to become a doctor, even if I have to go through so much schoolwork (haven't tasted it yet, but will do in the future, I hope ).

I am the one with the caffeine addiction.

It's nice to see so many interested in fighting against cancer, it's also a personal passion of mine as well. I did cancer research about 2 years ago that is about to be published (so excited ) but my career goal is to ultimately help manage treatment for cancer patients by going into clinical pharmacy and finishing a residency to specialize in oncology. My drive stems from my grandfather almost dying of cancer but being saved partially due to the newest advances in medicine at the time (he was a patient at a research hospital that did new treatments on him).
