Lorelei entered the pool area, and placed her bag down. She was wearing a swimsuit, one that the school gave her. She smiled at the pool, and realized it was just her. She shrugged, and decided to take a dip in the pool for a while, practicing her speed. She jumped into the water, taking full form of her nymph form, and swam around, jumping out and gliding through the air before splashing back in the water.

Sammi found himself walking to the swimming pool in his normal clothing. He wasn't in the mood to be swimming, just to see the pool that he'll be training in for swim team. Once he was there, he already saw someone in the pool. Not trying to hide himself, Sammi placed his left hand on the wall, watching. "Are they on the swim team?" Sammi asked himself.

Lorelei jumped out of the water, gliding in the air once, and dived back down. She popped her head out, and hung on to the edge of the pool. She noticed Sammi, and smiled lightly, waving to him. "Hello! I was just practicing. Don't mind me." She smiled. She swung backwards, making her tail splash the water while going back in the water, her green scales shimmered before entering the pool once more.

Once she popped out from the water, he soon knew she was a nymph. Well, anyone could of noticed from the start. The speed and swiftness. It all matched up to his own kind. Once her eyes landed on him and she began to speak, he just shook his head until she jumped back in. He rather stayed and watch. Besides, Sammi didn't come to swim.

As Lorelei was swimming, she was enjoying the emptyness of the pool. She's normally used to sea life, or other nymphs, but this pool was wide and empty, almost like her own little world. She hoped she could catch a day like this every once in a while, where there weren't the other nymph's on her swim team practicing her. After a while, she decided to surface. She pulled herself out of the pool, and almost right after she returned to her human form, her gills and iridescent scales being replaced by porcelain colored skin. She walked over to her bag she dropped and pulled out a water bottle and take a large swig of it. As she gulped down, she opened one eye, looking at Sammi. "Why don't you take a swim?" Lorelei asked him after setting the water bottle down. "The water's nice. And nobody else is here." She shrugged.

When Lorelei began to speak towards him, he again shook his head. "I only came here to see the pool," Looking past her, he began to examine the pool. It was large and anyone would love to swim in it. "Though, you're right. The water looks nice from here." Using his right hand, he waved gently towards the water. The water moved just a bit to create a small wave.

Lorelei shrugged. "Suit your self." She took another swig of her water bottle, and then put it down. She tilted her head. "Why wouldn't you, though? Doesn't the water call out to you?" She asked, a smile played across her face.

The water soon rose up into the air before coming towards Sammi himself. It stopped in front of him, going around in a circular motion. "I'll go and do so tomorrow," he soon looked up at her. "I'm Sammi by the way."

"Lorelei." She said, smiling and looking at Sammi from the corner of her eye. "It's a pleasure to meet you. I've just enrolled here, so it's always good to meet somebody you can call familiar later." She giggled. She couldn't help but play with the water herself, as she raised her hand, and made a sprinkling motion with her fingers, making hundreds, perhaps thousands of tiny dew drops float in the air from the pool, and then dance around.

Sammi just gave her a small smile, the right corner of his mouth coming up a bit. "Yeah, I guess it is." He agreed with her, gently waving the water to the jar on his back. The water went inside and stayed there, adding more to the other water inside. Sammi watched her make the water dance, his mouth open a bit from how she could do so.

"That's quite the jar." Lorelei noted. "It's wise, though."She dropped her hand slightly, and the water droplets rained into the pool. As she watched she had an urge to go drop in the pool with them. She took a seat at a bench against a stone wall, pulling her bag along with her. "So, is this place always empty?" She asked, hearing her voice echo.

His fingers just ran along the bottom of the jar, wet trails following his finger. From the water stained the color of the jar seem to be duller and darker. "It all depends on the time," Sammi explained to her, actually understanding why she asked that. The only time he saw someone was during the morning or at dusk.
